About Us

Islington Properties, a boutique residential property services company, was founded over 15 years ago. We are all about homes! We help people buy, sell, and rent homes and offer management services to houses, individual flats, and even entire residential blocks.

We work across London, but our office is primely positioned on Upper Street, and we do most of our work in Islington and the surrounding boroughs. That means we can easily walk to most of the properties we're dealing with, have meetings in our comfortable office, support local businesses and tradesmen, and solve problems swiftly. Many of our new customers in Islington and beyond come from referrals and word of mouth, thanks to our central location and hardworking team.

We have a great team! They share a profound passion for property and have all kinds of experience, which means we know how to handle any issues that arise. We've got about 20 people on our team, split across our shop on Upper Street, and head office on White Lion Street.

We're part of The Property Institute, ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents), and NALS (the National Approved Letting Scheme). We are members of the independent redress scheme provided by The Property Ombudsman. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Appointed Representative. Client money protection insurance is provided by ARLA.
