Carl at Islington Properties has been managing the letting of my flat for the best part of a decade. He's done a great job and having a consistent point of contact has been amazing. For context we moved the management to Islington Properties from a national chain of agents which changed its property managers on what felt like a monthly basis. Carl is proactive and responsive, and if we hadn't sold the flat he'd likely be looking after it for another decade. We have recently sold the flat, again through Islington Properties. We approached some other local agents for quotes but had terrible service. By contrast, Robert was swift to respond and has been a supportive agent through what has been a rather protracted sales process (not his fault, just the usual hiccups often encountered when selling). Robert is an excellent communicator and I highly recommend him. Thank you both.
