Myself and my partner have been renting an apartment managed by Islington Properties for the past 3.5 years and have received excellent services and support from them throughout our tenancy. Any issues that came up with maintenance or repairing or replacing white goods when broken during our renting period were dealt with quickly and professionally. The communication was always great. It's easy to reach the team by phone or email, and they respond quickly. Big thank you to Robert, Elona and Carl for all their support and for providing such dedicated and professional services these last few years. I won't forget the many times, they went out of their way.

I had a great experience with Islington Properties after relocating back from the US. There were many hoops to jump through but Robert Hamlyn helped us secure a great flat in a great location! I recommend the business and Robert very highly.

Carl at Islington Properties has been managing the letting of my flat for the best part of a decade. He's done a great job and having a consistent point of contact has been amazing. For context we moved the management to Islington Properties from a national chain of agents which changed its property managers on what felt like a monthly basis. Carl is proactive and responsive, and if we hadn't sold the flat he'd likely be looking after it for another decade. We have recently sold the flat, again through Islington Properties. We approached some other local agents for quotes but had terrible service. By contrast, Robert was swift to respond and has been a supportive agent through what has been a rather protracted sales process (not his fault, just the usual hiccups often encountered when selling). Robert is an excellent communicator and I highly recommend him. Thank you both.

Robert at Islington Properties dealt with the recent sale of a flat to my wife and I. Throughout the process he was very proactive, keeping the sale moving along whenever needed. He was courteous and pleasant to deal with and contributed to a very straightforward and hiccup free transaction. I would recommend him for any future property sales or purchases.
